as Sea Coast Steel Supply Co. This litigation began as a suit for damages for the loss of profit by Mr. Lazarus in connection with an alleged contract
in which Mr. Lazarus was the seller and the defendant American Motors was the buyer. Mr. Lazarus complains that American Motors
broke its contract by refusing to accept delivery of steel in spite of the existence of a valid sales contract between the
parties.
